    Tridax procumbens

    Coatbuttons (Tridax procumbens) is an invasive landscape weed in Florida and is a member of the daisy family. This species is native to Central and South America but has become an invasive problem in many regions. This highly invasive pest is prohibited in the state of Florida, per the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
