    Commelina benghalensis

    Tropical dayflower (Commelina benghalensis) is a non-native landscape weed indigenous to tropical Africa, Asia, and Australasia region. It has a large distribution and is considered a serious weed throughout its natural range. This species is listed as prohibited and noxious by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
