Mid-Florida Research and Education Center at Apopka is home to the Grapevine Genetics and Plant Pathology Research Laboratories.We are a division of University of Florida's Institute for Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) and site of an historic grape research program, which began at the University in 1891.

Within this website, you will find information on ongoing research and programs as well as select information produced by UF/IFAS to provide assistance to those interested in grapevine production in Florida.
